Meet Jeff

Hi! My name is Jeff Boudreau. I’m a physiotherapist with over a decade of experience in orthopaedic rehabilitation and a deep interest in helping people stand up straighter.

I spent years of my life sitting behind a desk studying principles of anatomy and rehabilitation. Yet after all that time, I somehow graduated with a rounded spine and no idea how to fix it. This program grew out of my desire to recover my own posture, and share these concepts with others determined to make meaningful improvements in how they present themselves to the world.

It’s easy to feel overwhelmed by the amount of posture advice in books and on social media. I’m striving to bring clarity to this process of improving how your body looks and feels.
